Customer's Solutions offering on Health Care:

The US Health Care major has three software solutions in the areas of clinical information, clinical data integration and care management.

The first solution is for clinical data integration and result reporting that has a robust data access strategy. It provides a truly patient-centric view of clinical information from multiple sources using a unique data-sharing model.

The second solution is the gateway to the main product suite. A data integration and communication platform, it advances the security, speed, and reliability of clinical data collection by providing an automated interface for data transfer.

The third solution is an Internet-based suite of care management applications used for outcomes measurement and comprehensive clinical process improvement.

Customer Requirement:

Quality Manager Portal allows users to generate analytical reports from a Clinical Information Data mart. The reports are developed using BusinessObjects suite of products and integrated with the Portal application. The requirement was to develop new reports and enhance existing reports using WebIntelligence, make required changes to Business Objects universe, integrate and test reports in Quality Manager Portal Application.

How we achieved it:

Reports were developed using a remote connection to WebIntelligence server and Database at the client site. Stored procedures were developed to support reports, wherever required. The reports were tested after integration with the Quality Manager Portal. Rational ClearQuest was used for defect tracking and MKS was used for version control. Issue calls were conducted daily with the customer's team for timely resolution of issues.
